This week I am starting to show off new and exciting stamp sets coming in the 2008 Spring/ Summer Collection due to be released on January 2, 2008. Deborah is our featured artist today, she is known as debils on SCS (Splitcoast Stampers). This card that I am featuring is a wonderful showcase of masking and watercoloring. She did a great job with the masking and the watercoloring on this card.
