Stamp Club Information

it's all about my stampers club, including the date of my club night, details on what we will be doing each club night, and how you get involved in my club night!!

Please take some time to read it over, and if you are interested follow the easy steps to join in the fun!

Club Night Date                         

Club Nights are a set night of the month.  I do this so that you remember the date and it makes it easy for me as well.  The date for this club will be the

Second Wednesday of each month.

from 6:30PM to 9:00PM

Club Nights will be held at my house.  This is so that I can give you the best class possible without limiting my supplies and I have the space for any project that we do.  My Address is 11119 157 Ave, Edmonton.

Club Night Activities                      

On each club night there will be a variety of projects for you to do.  My Goal with this one is to give you a chance to make a card, a 3-d object, this may entail making it from stamping products or stamping on something.  And a Technique page to help you all learn new and exciting stamping techniques.

How to Join

1. Download the Club Agreement.

2. Download the Emergency Order Form.

please bring this with you to fill out on the first night.  you could have some ideas ready, but because we do not know yet what accessories are retiring, do not complete it.

3.  Complete the agreement form, either by typing it in using word or printing it out and writing your info in.

4. Send to me.  Either email me back the completed form, to be signed on the first stamp club night, or email me letting me know you are attending, and bring both forms on the first night.

FAQ

1.  How are hostesses picked?
Hostess will be chosen on the first night of Club.  I will be doing a draw for the hostess benefits on the first night, this hostess does not have to worry about refreshments/snacks.  From there everyone will be drawn out of a "hat" The Sale-a-Bration months will be picked out of the "hat" first, and then we will fill in the other months.

2.  Can I Bring a Friend or two?
Sure, you can bring a friend to any club night.  Please let me know that you are bringing someone so that there is enough supplies for them.  Please let them know that the first time they come is free, and there is no obligation to purchase.  But after that if they would like to come more often, they will need to join the club.  and then they too will receive hostess benefits and free stamp money!!

3.  What amount am I required to purchase in stamping merchandise?
This all depends on how many people have joined the club.

4 Members = $50.00

5 Members = $40.00

6 Members = $33.34

7 Members = $28.58

8 Members = $25.00

9 Members = $22.23

10 Members = $20.00

If we get to 9 members, I will add myself into the membership to make 10 members.  You are also more then welcome to go above the required amount :).  Friends that you bring do not count towards the club member count, but do count towards your nights total, meaning possible added rewards for the hostess that evening.
